After spending years trying to find trustworthy information on how to take care of myself, I decided to pour my energy into learning as much as I could.
I'm now qualified in training & nutrition, and help other women build strong bodies. I teach them how to fuel them too, in a way that will suit their lifestyles.
I'm passionate about education and helping people spot misinformation. My biggest flex is how many people say they don't need me anymore - I really do teach you everything.
