A Week Of Training For Less Than A PT Session

Something that sets us apart from other studios is that our small group classes are truly small. Training with only 5 other women means you can get a Personal Training experience for a fraction of the cost.

All members get access to MWF programming for any additional training they want to outside of the studio. This is to ensure their training ties together.
